Canada Emergency Business Account (CEBA)

If you have a business account with SPARK, you can now apply for CEBA - an interest-free loan of up to $40,000. Funds can be used to assist with payroll, rent, utilities, insurance, and property tax. Find out if you're eligible here.

CRA Direct Deposit

You may now have your CRA benefit payments deposited directly in your SPARK account. Register for CRA Direct Deposit through Online Banking to get your income tax refund, Government of Canada benefits (including CERB), GST credits, and more. Learn more here.

No-Fee Overdraft Protection

Did you know that you can get additional Overdraft Protection on your SPARK chequing account for no monthly fee? SPARK’s Overdraft Protection guards you from non-sufficient fund (NSF) fees and helps you manage cash flow irregularities. Apply for overdraft protection.

Interac Flash Limit Increase

To allow you to buy more of what you need while reducing physical contact at the point of purchase, we've increased the cumulative Interac Flash limit on all SPARK Membercards to $400.

Credit Card Interest Reduction

If you have a SPARK Collabria Mastercard, you may be eligible for payment deferrals and interest reduction on purchases and cash advances up to three months. Contact Collabria at 1-855-341-4643 to request support.

Line of Credit (LOC) Access

If you need access to your SPARK Line of Credit, you can request LOC cheques for self-serve advances on your credit line.  We’ll send you 24 free cheques for your SPARK LOC upon request. Request LOC cheques now.

ATM

Get full, surcharge-free ATM access to your SPARK account when you use any ATM within Canada’s largest ding-free® network. Download the ding-free® locator app to find an ATM near you. Alternatively, cheques can be deposited using the SPARK Mobile Banking App.

Bank from Home

Bank 24/7 through SPARK’s Online Banking portal or using the SPARKCU Mobile Banking app for common banking transactions, such as:

  • Balance inquiries
  • Remote cheque deposits using your mobile device (SPARKCU Mobile Banking App)
  • Fund transfers between SPARK accounts
  • Interac e-transfers
