We're Reopening Our Calgary Office on June 29th

We're excited to announce that our Calgary office is reopening next week - we look forward to welcoming you back!

Here's what you need to know:

• All members and visitors will be required to complete a COVID screening questionnaire upon entering our office.
• When in the branch, we encourage you to wear a face mask to protect fellow members and SPARK employees.
• Our branch layout has been reconfigured to encourage physical distancing. Markers and signage will be present to remind everyone to practice health and safety measures to help contain the spread.
• We kindly ask that only required individuals (for document signing or authorizations) attend the branch with you.
• Upon your arrival and before you leave the branch, please sanitize your hands thoroughly. Hand sanitizing stations will be available within the branch and throughout the building for your convenience.
• Walk-ins will be accepted, however appointments are encouraged to help us manage the occupancy effectively.

For time being, our Fort Saskatchewan office will remain closed. We continue to offer various remote banking options so you can continue to bank from the safety of your home.
