The SPARK Executive Leadership Team

Our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) is essential to executing SPARK's vision, mission, and strategy, and for setting the tone of the organization.

The SPARK ELT is made up of passionate and highly-skilled leaders who, as a unit, drive the credit union's organizational culture centered on teamwork and trust. As individuals, they exemplify our values by leading by example, creating and reinforcing cultural expectations, and fostering an environment of mutual respect and accountability to one's self and others.
