Once in a while, our website, digital banking, and other systems need to go down for maintenance to make sure they're performing their best, but we promise to never keep you in the dark.

CAFT System Maintenance:

On May 5, 2024 at 8 PM, we will be performing system maintenance on our CAFT (Customer Automated Fund Transfer) system. During this time, the CAFT system will be temporarily unavailable but you will still have full access to other digital banking services as well as ATM and point-of-sale machines. 

CAFT is a secure web-based application that provides our business members the ability to generate electronic deposits and pre-authorized debits as well as allowing you to move money electronically between Canadian Financial Institutions.

Please know that our teams will be working diligently alongside our partners to complete the maintenance swiftly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition back to normal operations.
